Rates are estimated and negotiated in advance and set out in a written
delivery contract. A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit plus estimated expenses
is required upon confirmation of trip and execution of agreement. All expenses,
including but not limited to customs, maintenance, fuel, oil, water, and
airfare are for two (2) to or from boat, but usually not both, depending
on schedule, are paid by owner in advance of departure. The balance of all
fees are due upon arival and the ship and ships papers will not be finally
delivered until all accounts have been settled.

$250.00 per day offshore (24 hr. sailling day)
$300.00 per day for day sailing and 1st day offshore
$100.00 per day for unscheduled delay or maintenance days. |
| First Mate rate: |
$175.00 per day offshore (24 hr. sailling day)
$150.00 per day for day sailing.
$75.00 per day for unscheduled delay or maintenance days. |
Rates are negotiable depending on scheduling.
One company crew is required and upon trips exceeding 600 km as mandated
b y Coast Guard Regulations and additional crew will be necessary.
Total trip cost can be estimated by calculating the distance and using 140
km per day average for off shore and 65 km per day for intercostal and day
sailing and adding the cost of 2 airfares, customs, duties, and any known
maintenance.
It is assumed that Owners vessel will be in sea worthy condition upon arrival
and adequately eqipped for the delivery. Note that additional days wages
are required for unscheduled delay due to Owner and maintenance. OWNER should
have the boat ready for departure on the date the delivery is scheduled.
The captain shall arrive one day prior departure and an inspection will
be done using the attacfhed list. any condition deemed dangerous or hazardous
to the successful completeion of the journey must be corrected prior to
departure.
Owner shall provide evidence of hull and liability insurance covering the
period and location of the delivery. A copy of the Captains license (elsewhere
in this site) may be provided to Owners insurance carrier. |
